1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Andromeda Astrology ("Service", "Platform", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Andromeda Astrology provides:

• Birth chart calculations and interpretations
• Synastry compatibility analysis
• Transit forecasting
• Astrological reports and PDF exports
• Chart storage and management

Important: Astrology is for entertainment and personal insight only. Our services are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, financial, legal, or psychological).

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Be at least 13 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction)

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Pricing Tiers

• Free Tier: Limited features, up to 3 saved charts
• Premium Tier: $5/month - Full interpretations, unlimited charts, all features

4.2 Billing

By subscribing to a paid tier, you agree that:

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

4.3 Free Trial

Premium subscriptions include a 7-day free trial period. You will not be charged during the trial. The trial period is specifically provided for you to fully evaluate all Premium features before any payment is required.

After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at $5.00/month unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of payments already made.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid charge is a breach of these terms. If you file a chargeback:

• Your account will be immediately terminated
• All access to your data and charts will be revoked
• You may be held liable for chargeback fees and legal costs
• We reserve the right to pursue legal action

5.2 Contact First

Before filing any payment disputes, contact us directly. We may be able to resolve technical issues or answer questions about your subscription.

6. User Content and Data

6.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of birth charts and data you create. By using our service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your data to provide our services.

6.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use our service for illegal purposes
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our platform
• Reverse engineer our software or algorithms
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Abuse, harass, or spam other users

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Andromeda Astrology (text, graphics, logos, software, interpretations) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ASTROLOGY IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.

Our service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of astrological interpretations
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

We are not responsible for decisions you make based on astrological information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andromeda Astrology and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage
• Decisions made based on astrological information

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is less.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Andromeda Astrology from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our service or violation of these terms.

11. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your data.

12. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

13. Changes to Terms
